How do I administer the injection?

GSH injections are administered subcutaneously. First, clean the injection site and top of the vial with rubbing alcohol. Next, draw up the prescribed amount with the provided insulin needle and syringe and inject into fatty tissue. The recommended dose is 0.5mL (100mg GSH) per injection up to five (5) times per week

Can I use GSH injections along with NAD+ injections?

Yes! It is safe to administer both on the same day; however, if you are just starting out, you may consider alternating days between injections to see how your body responds. Be sure to refrigerate your GSH and NAD+ solutions upon arrival and when not in use.

Irritation at the injection site Gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, bloating, cramping) A rotten egg (sulfur) taste in the mouth, usually mild If irritation at the injection site occurs, you can: consider alternating injection sites on the body, apply an over-the-counter itch cream (preferably with hydrocortisone), use injections less frequently, or discontinue use entirely.

Signs of an allergic reaction to glutathione may include hives, itching, swelling of the face or lips, tongue or throat, or difficulty breathing. If any of this occurs, discontinue use and seek emergency care.

Other important safety information

Taking glutathione long-term may lead to lower zinc levels. Avoid taking glutathione if you’re sensitive to it or allergic to any related ingredients. Do not use GSH if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
